Refreshing Yuzu Espresso Tonic

We are taking the espresso tonic to the next level! Using this Yuzu-flavoured tonic water with hints of basil brings an extra dimension to the Espresso Tonic.

Yuzu Espresso Tonic

Surprisingly refreshing, this Yuzu Espresso Tonic is the perfect brunch espresso drink!

Equipment

  • Espresso Machine
  • 12oz Low Ball Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Espresso Shot Glass with Spout

Ingredients

  • Double Espresso
  • Yuzu Tonic Water
  • Ice
  • Dried Lemon Slice
  • Lemon Juice or Water
  • Raw Sugar

Instructions

  • Using a 12oz glass, brush lemon juice to the side and roll in raw sugar.
    Lemon Juice or Water, Raw Sugar
  • Add ice and fill halfway with tonic water.
    Ice, Yuzu Tonic Water
  • Pour in espresso and stir. Add extra tonic water to fill the glass.
    Double Espresso
  • Garnish with a dried lemon slice.
    Dried Lemon Slice
