- Espresso Machine
- 12oz Low Ball Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Espresso Shot Glass with Spout
Ingredients
- Double Espresso
- Yuzu Tonic Water
- Ice
- Dried Lemon Slice
- Lemon Juice or Water
- Raw Sugar
Instructions
- Using a 12oz glass, brush lemon juice to the side and roll in raw sugar.Lemon Juice or Water, Raw Sugar
- Add ice and fill halfway with tonic water.Ice, Yuzu Tonic Water
- Pour in espresso and stir. Add extra tonic water to fill the glass.Double Espresso
