Yuzu Espresso Tonic
Surprisingly refreshing, this Yuzu Espresso Tonic is the perfect brunch espresso drink!

- Using a 12oz glass, brush lemon juice to the side and roll in raw sugar. - Lemon Juice or Water, Sugar 
- Add ice and fill halfway with tonic water. - Ice, Yuzu Tonic Water 
- Pour in espresso and stir. Add extra tonic water to fill the glass. - Double Espresso 
- Garnish with a dried lemon slice. - Dried Lemon Slice
