Iced tea with benefits…

Digest Tea x Lemonade is SO GOOD. Its becoming my favourite drink to have this summer!

Why have a boring normal iced tea, when you can have @living.apothecary tea to help support your digestion while you sip away!

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp of Digest Tea (@living.apothecary)
- 1 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup Lemonade (@blackriverjuice)
- Ice
- 1 cup of cold water
- Lime and Mint for garnish

Method:

- Steep tea in hot water, covered for 5 minutes
- In a 1 L jar, add ice, strained tea, lemonade, and top the rest with cold water.
- Add in mint and lime, stir up and enjoy!

Serves 2 or have it all for you!

you have to try this 🥹

Fully loaded Orzo Salad, the perfect side dish for summer ☀️

Packed with healthy proteins and fats, and it’s just SO easy to make!

Salad Ingredients:

- 1 cup of dried Orzo
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup pitted and chopped Kalamata Olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1 whole avocado sliced
- 1 80g can of Tuna in olive oil, drained (@riomare)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta

Dressing Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (@terradelyssa)
- 1 tbsp Italian Herbs of Naples Dark Balsamic (@dellaterrafresh)
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 tsp of dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

1. Cook orzo as per package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.
3. In a small jar with a lid, combine all dressing ingredients. Shake to mix, taste and adjust as needed.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine

Yuzu Espresso Tonic…

We are taking the espresso tonic to the next level! Using this yuzu flavoured tonic water with hints of basil brings an extra dimension to this drink!

You just have to try this! The perfect afternoon pick me up! I use decaf since this is usually my second drink of the day.

Ingredients:
- 2 shots decaf espresso(@416_coffee )
- Yuzu Tonic (@1642.ca )
- Ice
- Dried lemon slice to garnish

Method
1. Using a 12oz glass, brush lemon juice to the side and roll in raw sugar
2. Add ice and fill half way with tonic water
3. Pour in espresso and stir
4. Add extra tonic to fill the glass
5. Garnish with a dried lemon slice

serves 1

Mocktail x Wellness…

I’d like to introduce you to THE GLOW ✨ we are taking tea to the next level! Trust, this Mocktail is SO GOOD!

GLOW is made with a specially blended tea high in antioxidants to target skin health, which we LOVE! This tea is hand blended in small batches @living.apothecary, a local woman owned business 🌸

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Skin Tea (@living.apothecary)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1oz NA Gin (@hp_juniper)
- 1oz NA Aperitif Rosso (@finest_roots)
- 1/2oz Simple syrup
- Ice
- Orange peel twist to garnish

Method
1. Brew tea in 1/2 cup of water (just before boiling temperature) for 5 minutes, strain and side aside
2. In a cocktail shaker add some ice, gin, Rosso, simple syrup, and tea
3. Secure shaker lid and shake until combined
4. Pour in a glass with ice, garnish with orange peel

serves 1

vanilla cold foam 😮‍💨

I mean listen, I love my standard OG maple iced latte but this vanilla cold foam latte is 🤤

Ingredients
-double espresso
-1/2 cup milk of choice
-1 - 1.5 tbsp vanilla bean simple syrup

Method
- whip cold milk and syrup together for 30 seconds to get it nice and frothy
- in a glass, add ice and pour over the espresso
- top with cold foam and stir

Enjoy ☕️
