Peachy Spring Mocktail with Thyme and Honey

Spring has entered the chat! The best way to celebrate is with this Peachy Spring Mocktail I've named, Spring Equinox! With hints of Meyer lemon, thyme, and honey.

Cups filled with mocktail, garinished with dried lemon, and thyme

I used to make this very Living Vinger from Acid League but unfortunately, they no longer make this product. Luckily, using the juice of a Meyer Lemon with a splash of apple cider vinegar does the trick!

Let's Make Some Drinks!

This is the perfect drink to welcome the spring season! The combination of peach, meyer lemon, thyme and honey is equvant to a glass of sunshine! Using Meyer Lemon give a nice sweetness to the mocktail, while the thyme garinsh adds an essance of earthyness.
