Montreal Style Bagel

slices
Double Cream Brie
½
tablespoon
Red Currant Preserve or Red Pepper Jelly
1
Fresh Fig
Sliced
Honey
Flaked Salt
Microgreens for Garnish
Instructions
Slice the bagel in half and toast.
On a warmly toasted bagel, spread the jam on both slices. Top with brie, and sliced figs.
Drizzle honey over figs and sprinkle flaked salt.
Top with arugula microgreens.
Notes
Have some fun with this! Use different cheeses, topping and fruit!
