Mulled Grape Cider

Tis' the season for all the warm drinks! Whether you are having a small gathering or an intimate date night, this cider is just the perfect treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pure Concord Grape Juice This is important!
  • 2 cups Filtered Water
  • 3 3" Cinnamon Sticks
  • 3 Star Anise
  • 4 Whole Cloves
  • 3 Orange Slices

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients to saucepan on low heat, covered
  • Allow everything to heat on low for 0.5 - 1 hour. Stir occasionally
  • Strain out or remove cinnamon sticks, anise, cloves and orange slices
  • Pour the Grape Cider into cups and add some orange slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Best Served warm but can also be enjoyed cooled
  • Store extras in a closable bottle. Can keep in the fridge for up to a week
